Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see the item description for shipping times.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on HappyPullsTCG, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want a non-preordered item shipped right away, please add it to a separate cart and check out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment, but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

For all sealed products, the Flat Rate shipping is 10$

For all single purchases the Flat Rate is a dollar 1.50

If both Sealed and singles are purchased, the higher rate will apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we unfortunately do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | info@happypullstcg.com
